[ 메디채널 김장윤(JASON KIM) 기자 ] 베이징 2025년 7월 17일 -- 7월 11일 프랑스 파리에서 열린 제47차 유네스코 세계유산위원회(UNESCO World Heritage Committee) 회의에서 서하 황릉(Xixia Imperial Tombs)이 세계유산목록에 등재됐다. 이로써 중국의 60번째 세계유산이 탄생했다. 중국 북서부 닝샤 후이족 자치구 인촨시 허란산 기슭에 위치한 서하 황릉은 서하 왕조(1038-1227)를 대표하는 가장 크고 등급이 높으며 잘 보존된 고고학 유적이다. 이 문화유산 지역은 황릉 9기, 부속 무덤 271기, 북단의 건축 군락 1곳, 홍수 방지 시설 32개로 구성된다. 약 반세기에 걸친 발굴 작업을 통해 금도금 청동 황소와 유약을 바른 치문 등 7100점 이상의 정교한 유물이 발굴됐다. 이러한 유물은 서하 문명의 특징을 생생하게 보여준다. 유네스코 세계유산위원회는 서하 황릉을 다문화 융합의 뛰어난 증거로 인정했다. 서하 황릉의 공간 배치, 설계 철학 및 건축 양식은 당(618-907)과 송(960-1279) 왕조의 황실 묘 시스템을
