It was jointly produced by the Publicity Department of the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee, the Guangzhou Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism, and Guangzhou Cultural Development Group under the guidance of the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province.
