워너 뮤직 APAC, 신임 사장에 로 팅파이 선임
홍콩, 2025년 8월 8일 -- 워너 뮤직 그룹(NASDAQ: WMG) 계열사인 워너 뮤직 APAC이 엔터테인먼트 업계의 베테랑 로 팅파이(Lo Ting-Fai)를 신임 사장으로 선임했다. 로파이 신임 사장은 로버트 킨클(Robert Kyncl) WMG CEO의 직속으로 8월 11일부터 홍콩에 주재하며 아시아 태평양 지역 전체 음반 시장을 총괄하게 된다. 통신 대기업 PCCW에서 재직한 로파이 WMG 신임 사장은 콘텐츠 제작, 아티스트 관리, 라이브 이벤트를 전문으로 하는 WMG의 자회사 MakerVille에서 CEO를 역임했으며, WMG의 자회사로 지역 OTT 스트리밍 플랫폼을 운영하는 Viu에서는 COO를 역임했다. 로파이 신임 사장은 또한 '유리(Yu Ri)'라는 필명으로 히트곡을 제작하기도 했다. 로파이 신임 사장은 "중책을 맡게 되어 기쁘면서도 부담이 크다.
