프랑스 퐁텐블로, 싱가포르 및 샌프란시스코 2025년 11월 26일 -- 싱가포르가 최신 글로벌 인재 경쟁력 지수(Global Talent Competitiveness Index, GTCI)에서 스위스를 제치고 1위를 차지했다. 이는 인공지능 시대에 적응력 있고 디지털에 능숙하며 혁신 준비가 갖춰진 인력을 육성하는 강점이 주효했다는 분석이다. 싱가포르는 올해 처음으로 이 연례 순위에서 1위를 차지했다.
