[ 메디채널 황정호 기자 ] 밀라노 2025년 11월 12일 -- 지능형 오프로드 차량 및 커넥티드 주행 시스템 분야의 글로벌 혁신 기업 세그웨이 파워스포츠(Segway Powersports)가 밀라노에서 열린 EICMA 2025에서 'AT10 W MUD'를 공개했다. 이번 신형 ATV(All-Terrain Vehicle)는 진흙, 습지, 삼림 지형 등 험준한 환경을 위해 설계됐으며, 고출력 성능과 운전자 친화적 지능형 주행 시스템을 결합해 레저 라이더와 전문가 모두가 혹독한 조건에서도 더 큰 제어력과 자신감으로 더 먼 거리까지 주행할 수 있도록 돕는다. AT10 W MUD는 97마력(hp)의 고성능 파워트레인을 탑재해 강력하고 즉각적인 추진력을 제공한다. 안정성을 높이는 넓은 차체 폭과 320mm의 지상고로 뿌리나 돌출부 같은 장애물을 손쉽게 넘을 수 있다. 기본 장착된 4500파운드 윈치(winch)는 예상보다 깊은 수로를 건널 때도 안정적인 탈출을 보장한다. 공기 흡입구 경로, 전기 보호 장치, 배수 조치 등을 통해 최대 1미터 깊이의 물에서도 주행할 수 있도록 설계되어 진흙이나 고인 물에 반복적으로 침수되어도 문제없다.
