산이중공업, 홍콩 증권거래소 상장, 중국 본토 및 홍콩 동시 상장으로 세계 시장 진출 여정에 새로운 이정표 수립

홍콩 2025년 10월 29일 -- 산이중공업(SANY Heavy Industry)(홍콩 증권거래소 종목 코드: 6031)이 10월 28일 홍콩 증권거래소 본 시장에 공식적으로 상장하면서 세계 시장 진출 여정에서 또 한 번 기념비적인 이정표를 세웠다. 2003년 상하이 증권거래소(종목 코드: 600031)에 상장했던 산이가 이제 중국 본토 증시(A 주식)와 홍콩 증시(H 주식)에 동시 상장하게 되면서 국제 시장에서 도약할 기틀을 추가로 마련한 셈이다. 산이는 주당 21.30 홍콩달러의 발행가로 15%의 초과배정 옵션을 포함해 전 세계에 약 6억 3200만 주의 H 주식을 발행했다. 산이는 이번 기업공개(IPO)에서 테마섹(Temasek), 블랙록(BlackRock), 힐하우스(Hillhouse), UBS 자산운용 사업부(UBS Asset Management), LMR, 오크트리 캐피털(Oaktree Capital) 등을 비롯해 총 7억 5900만 달러를 투자한 21개의 코너스톤 투자사(Cornerstone Investor)를 유치하여 자본 시장의 확고한 신뢰를 입증했다. 상장식은 정부 관계자, 비즈니스
