Xinhua Silk Road：泉州、生きた遺産で世界とつながる

[ 메디채널 김장윤(JASON KIM) 기자 ] 北京、2025年12月18日 -- かつてMarco Poloが「偉大な東方の港」と称賛し、商人や物資が溢れていた中国南東部の福建省にある世界遺産都市、泉州は、今もなお生き続ける遺産、活気ある街の生活、そして変わらぬ開放性で訪問者を魅了し続けています。 2024年、泉州の観光客数は前年比16.8％増の1億人を超えました。旅行者は歴史を辿るだけでなく、日常生活と文化的遺産が密接に絡み合う街を体験しに訪れます。沿岸の海産生物から作られる「土筍凍（トゥースン・ゼリー）」から、春節の祝宴で供される春巻き「潤餅（ルンビン）」まで、泉州の食文化は海洋の伝統と民俗習慣の両方を反映しています。 10月31日、同市はUnited Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization（UNESCO）から「食文化創造都市（Creative City of Gastronomy）」に指定されました。わずか6平方キロメートル強の面積に広がる泉州の旧市街は、今も世代を超えて住民の生活の場となっています。地元当局は「マイクロ改修」アプローチを採用し、生活環境と観光客のアクセスを改善しつつ、本来の街並みを保存しています
